We just photographed a wedding at Estancia La Jolla designed by Wedding Elegance by Nahid this past weekend. The bride’s mother, Nora owns her own baklava company called Nora’s Baklava. Nora set up a desert table that showcased her baklava to all of their wedding guests. We tried a piece and it is probably some of the best baklava that we have ever tasted. Her baklava has a crunchy outer shell that flakes in your mouth and it not super sweet, which is nice. Nora makes different types of baklava, plain and chocolate covered. If you are looking for something different to surprise your guests at your wedding you should serve them some baklava.
