But have you thought about incorporating a fitness program that will make you feel sexier?
Zumba Fitness is a great way to add that ‘spice’ to your workout program and allow you to embrace certain aspects of your body and love them!
Zumba Fitness incorporates aspects of Latin dance including salsa, samba, merengue, bachata, and also some modern and hip hop dance moves. The idea behind Zumba is to have fun and always keep moving. Zumba instructors often say, “You burn more calories if you are smiling!”
Common moves in a Zumba class are booty shaking, hip rolling, and shimmying. The moves are fun, funny, and sexy! At first it might be hard to let loose, but once you realize that everyone is looking only at themselves, go for it!
The dance moves in the Zumba class are not difficult. There is not a lot of choreography. However, they are geared towards your abdominals and core muscles. Because of the type of moves, you get a great workout. And, you learn some new moves for the dance floor!
As a bride, you probably have some obligatory dance-floor time planned. You will feel so much more comfortable if you have even taken a handful of Zumba classes. While you might not play salsa music, you will be in tune with new ways your body can move!
Who knows, you might even be able to use your new found dance skills to impress your partner on your wedding night!
